Our aim is to bring our wealth of expertise to our clients to build them the most institutional as possible infrastructure for the budget and AUM size by utilising what we have seen from the many large, medium and small managers which we have worked with and cherry pick what will work best for each client to ensure proper governance, processes and procedures whilst ensuring the fund structure, service providers and internal infrastructure meet the target investors rigorous due diligence requirements.

We can confidently say we have saved our clients tens of thousands of pounds each by negotiating contracts/prices with all third parties and for existing funds moving to new providers to whom we have had previous relationships with to reduce costs and increase service levels whilst keeping investors views in mind by using our internal comparison tools.

We have very good relationships across the spectrum from Prime Brokers, Systems & IT providers, Legal, Compliance and many senior investment professionals, which is a huge help when trying to keep costs to strict budgets and still getting the best in class providers/advice available.

We will act as your COO/CFO/CCO and Director for your firm and see this as more of a partnership than just an outsourced C suite, we will be available for all your needs and also be included in your pitch decks to investors (if desired) to help give credibility around the team setup and governance in place. We also see each new client as a potential long term partner whether that continues as a C level partnership or just ongoing advice monthly/quarterly to come in and ensure everything is still running as it should be and to join ad-hoc investor calls. We are also available for ad-hoc projects.
